In the Spring of 2006, Dave Disgrace re-relocated back to Massachusetts after his 2-year stint in Las Vegas. Seizing the overdue opportunity, the original lineup of Formaldehyde got together for some jam sessions. After deciding to add Randy to Formaldehyde, the trio decided to do a project of their own called "Dr. Bundy."
